Sorry I’ve Been Gone

So I realize I havnt updated in about a month or maybe more so I just wanted to say sorry and explain why. I went to California for a couple weeks and was not updating while there because I was enjoying my vacation, and the day after I got back I had to have chin and nose surgery, so I didn’t really feel up to blogging then either, and now that I have basically recovered I would start updating like normal but I just had to move yesterday for college which starts Monday so I am pretty busy with that. Once I get all settled in and get used to everything down here I will be able to go back to normal, so just stick it out with me and I promise you won’t be disappointed :)

Big News!

So just thought I would let you all know that yesterday I got a call from, wait for it……………………….. Teen Vogue!!!! Yes you heard me right, Teen Vogue called MY cell phone! I applied a couple months ago for their H&M internship for next summer and they said they were calling some of their favorites to talk to them a little, so basically, interview me hahaha. I was sooooo nervous but I was more excited so I think that helped me not be so terrible like I usually am in interview, I think it went rather well. You have no idea how much I want to get it! They would be paying for my flight out to NYC and my housing all summer, and I would be interning at H&M, like hellooooo dream come true much? Anyways, prayers that I get the internship would be much appreciated!!! Now I just have to sit and wait for who knows how long to find out, time is going to go sooooo sloooowwww.

My fashion tech final, finished it last week but turned it in today and got a 100!!!! Yayyyy!

Hey thats great, SCAD is a great school! Im a freshman but I will actually be transferring next year :/ Nothing against SCAD, it just wasn’t for me and I missed home quite a bit. Its really quite easy to make friends here so don’t worry about that! Im from Texas so I didn’t know a single person here when I first came. Just make sure to get involved! Join clubs, go to events, they put on stuff like EVERY week, especially the first quarter. And trust me, a ton of the other students will be in the same boat as you, every one feels alone at first, you just can’t let it get you down and stay in your room all day, you gotta get out and do stuff to meet people! Just as long as you do that you’ll be fine I know! :)
